This law firm was established and set up at the end of 1998 in Amman – Jordan by the founder of the office, Mr. Ahmad Ghniem along with another partner, Mrs. Rana Sharabi, and then appoint other senior lawyers, either as partners, associates, and the law firm appoint all of the administrative staff whom all set the law firm mission that is to provide the best and complete legal representation in every legal area either in Jordan or/and in any Arab region (middle east).

One of the main objectives of the law firm is to insure the full protection through the office legal representation and legal process by the firm councilor's and lawyers that covers all our clients' needs in a confidence.

Another main objective are to offer a quality of service and a degree of professionalism based on working lawyers experience that exceed for the senior partners of the firm for more than twenty  years in practicing fields.

Although the founders have been working as legal attorneys and councilors from 1993 inside Jordan and around many Arab countries before establishing this law firm, beside a previous experience of two years practicing as trainee lawyers, the managing partner has added another experience to him as an officer in the investigation department with the military police. 

Other partners and associates provide the similar legal experiences or close to it through their previous legal work before joining the law firm, and all lawyers are team players and they reached the number of seven lawyers.

All our lawyers are licensed and have Jordanian Lawyers Bar Association and Sharea Bar association (supreme judge bar association).
